High-speed, high-sensitivity X-ray line sensor

Direct conversion of X-ray photons into charge within the pixel! It is possible to capture higher resolution X-ray images.

The "High-Speed, High-Sensitivity X-ray Line Sensor" efficiently images X-rays using a 1mm thick cadmium telluride (CdTe) semiconductor detector. It has sufficient absorption efficiency for X-ray photons exceeding 100 keV, allowing for imaging of thick metallic products that are typically difficult to inspect with standard X-ray examinations when combined with high-voltage X-ray sources. It can capture images at a speed of over 500 frames per second, making it suitable for high-speed inline inspections in shipping inspection processes. 【Features】 ■ 1mm thick cadmium telluride (CdTe) semiconductor detector ■ Sufficient absorption efficiency for X-ray photons exceeding 100 keV ■ Capable of imaging thick metallic products ■ Directly converts X-ray photons into charge within the pixel ■ Capable of imaging at video rates *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
